Open-source components of CAI-AUTH and CAI-Vault remain available under their declared public licenses. Those licenses do not grant licenses to the patents listed above beyond what is explicitly provided in their text (see AGPL-3.0 §11 or equivalent).

May I use these technologies in my products?

For commercial use or integration in other products, contact sales@caitech.ro to discuss licensing terms. End-user use of CAI-AUTH (e.g., downloading the APK for personal authentication) does not require an additional patent license.

Why aren't the technical details of the patents shown here?

Complete technical details are part of our confidential filings at the patent offices. They become public when the offices publish the applications (typically 18 months after filing) or when patents are granted.
